Families,
The VHS Girls Volleyball Program needs your help!
So please look at the attached and volunteer for one (or more J) positions. I look at each of these roles as a chairperson of the activity/event. They will be wholly responsible for the activity/event from start to finish, including soliciting help as needed. I of course will help by doing whatever I can to help you.
Thanks to those of you who have already volunteered or agreed on filling some of the positions already!
I would like to have every position on this schedule filled before we have our parent meeting (date tbd). As we have seen in the past, Frosh parents will be a great resource to help at any of the events and to be a team parent, but are (understandably) hesitant to take charge of an event.
Please get back to me by Wednesday August 11th with your preference. After the 11th I will be individually emailing people “requesting” your help with open positions.
